Nobody is running anywhere in Bariga i stay there and those stories was then not now. its a very good centralized place and the houses are cheap and within your budget the same houses will cost more at akoka and gbagada which has a classy environment compared to bariga about N200 will get you one in these areas.

OP avoid Bariga, I'll take Mushin over Bariga if am you. Mushin is just a throw stone to Yaba or Surulere.

Op, would u be interested in sharing a flat? That your budget is not workable in Gbagada. I just moved into a shared flat with my share running up to 300k for the total package. If u hear how much agreement, commission and caution fees carry u will be wowed.

Please be careful of people trying to help you out. though am in benin now, I stayed in Pedro (Bankole street by Famous) for some years and what they say about ladilak and bariga is true. don't and I repeat, don't go there make we no come hear story that touch.
