Since last week, when i want to play music it begin to crack or some times it display somethings like engriks, andriodsys and so on .i was told that i should wipe the phone but i dont know how to do it |

to wipe very easy just follow this simple instruction press the volume key + - and power button press all 3 together ,a page will come up read carefully press the power key to enter factory reset, |
