Most of the posters here are naive. Instead of staying back to learn or just pass, you spend a lot of energy thrashing the op.

@op, i hope you get a professional answer. However, i do know that on waking up early in the morning, so much waste is ready to be expelled from the body, such as urine, gas, excrete. This is due to digestive activities over the night. Nevertheless, these accumulated wastes do fight for space and may further push one another out at the same time.
You might want to work on the gas by watching what you eat for dinner and taking antacids. Foods such as egg, beans, carbonated drinks cause a lot of gas.
