I was reading the bible today and I came across this bible verse, Matthew 10:23. I found it very hard to understand. I hope my brothers and sisters in the house can help.

Matthew 10:23, (KJV)
But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.
The verse is talking about the 2nd coming of Christ, but its confusing.

if we read the bible we see the term "come" is used to either refer to God manifesting his power, judgment, wrath or blessing in some form or another or a visible coming.

For example
:
"We did not follow cleverly invented stories when we told you about the POWER and COMING of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were EYEWITNESSES of his MAJESTY. For he received HONOR and GLORY from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying, ‘This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.' We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain." 2 Peter 1:16-18

Here Peter uses the term " coming" to refer to Jesus Transfiguration where Jesus received honor and glory.

"I will not leave you as orphans; I will COME to you." John 14:18

Here Jesus says he will not abandoned the disciples but instead will come to them, here the term "come" is used to refer to his coming to dwell with believers by the Holy Spirit.

Next is:

""You will be hated by all because of My name, but it is the one who has endured to the end who will be saved. "But whenever they persecute you in one city, flee to the next; for truly I say to you, you will not finish going through the cities of Israel until the Son of Man comes."-Matthew 10:22-23

Also

(Matthew 10:23) when Jesus says"before the Son of Man comes" , the term " come" is not necessarily always a reference to his Second Coming. It may refer to his being reunited with his disciples after they completed their missions.

"after Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, he went on from there to teach and preach in the towns of Galilee." Mathew 11:1

After departing to Galilee, Jesus then met up with the disciples where "they reported to him all they had done and taught." (Mark 6:30)

Clearly a false prophecy, how is this a false prophecy?

IT MEANS,U WILL SEE JESUS COMFORTING,ENCOURAGING YOU SO THAT U DONT CEASE TO BE A CHILD OF GOD OR PREACHING THE GOSPEL BECAUSE U MIGHT BE FRUSTRATED ENCOUNTERING REJECTION WHEN U PREACH THE GOSPEL OR ARE BORN AGAIN

I cannot tell, but there are other signs you need to watch out for. 2 Timothy 3 vs 1 "In the last days, perilous time shall come. Men shall be lovers of themselves more than God..." "For the time cometh when they shall not endure sound teachings" "This generation shall not pass away till all these be fulfilled"(might be referring to the generation that saw the independence of Isreal in 1948). "As the days of noah, so shall the son of man be" (more are more people are relaxing themselves thunking nothing is about to happen), "As the days of lot was, so shall the days of the son of man be" (Today's America is worse than sodom and gomarrah, there is perversion in everything and almost all people there are following that way one way or another). These things are drawing the wrath of God quicker upon the earth than these drunk people will ever realise.
