Just a few weeks after Buhari got into office, we were told the refineries and especially PH refinery will start producing at almost full capacity. Few months later we're told they need money to repair the same refineries. What happened to Body Language? |

jusRadical:they used local engineers and saved what could have been spent in 5-folds on a foreign company. The company could have done very little like our engineers did and taken that much of that money. The 'save' is in this regard. |

GEJ was gave 2016 for d completion of refinery maintenance but d magician Buhari rushed to operate them when d maintenance was yet to be completed. We are nw back to square one |
