The appeal and supreme courts had better do the needful before Taraba becomes another plateau!! The hausa muslmins are gradually encraoaching into the christian dominated middle belt!! We southerners have better wisened up before fulani herdsmen start claiming territories and contesting Governorship states in our states

I read your thread on Taraba-Benue and I agree the CA should treat Benue like Taraba since I want our parties taught a lesson in due process.

So what makes you say the Taraba judgment was fraudulent and corrupt? Was it because it didn't align with Benue or you have other bases for your assertion? And was was the Taraba tribunal bound by the ruling of the Benue tribunal?

The tribunal should have delivered the right judgement to avert any riot in the very first place!! The only way Alhassan would preside over Taraba would be over blood and disaster!!! You sound alarmist. The first mayor of Enugu was Hausa. There was also an Igbo deputy mayor of Lagos in the 50's. The heavens did not fall.

No need to overflog this issue, we hope that PDP bring up strong case at the Court of Appeal(for Benue especially).
