I'm a die hard fan of mtn, recently I started using airtel and had problem with my line so I called their customer care agent with my brother's airtel line to sort it out.
This was their response when they picked
Goodmorning Mr ******** how can I help you?
(They called my brothers name and sure name)

The issue here is that they are not suppose to call the callers name, instead they should have asked the caller his/her name. Anyone can commit fraud with this their stvpidity.

How?
For instance you misplace your phone or misplace your AIRTEL SIM, the person that picked it up can easily get your name this way and commit fraud with it.

Unlike MTN, they will pick and ask you your name and where you calling from.

I have corrected airtel customer care agents more than four times, today I called them again and they still goofed. Its very bad.

So,am I the only one in this world thats answering that name....op don't you know theirs somebody out there who's answering if not 100% but at least 60% your name accurately

reminds me of someone who was fighting his friend over the posession of his photo.. he believed the person can use it for fraud..

and yet he(the owner of the photo) is on facebook and had uploaded many photos there..


my point is anyone can get ur detail even without ur knowledge, just pray fraudsters/ritualist doesn't have interest in you.

that Facebook part got me laughing.....some people can over rate things easily
