As we all have seen , only 3 plots of land has been paid for in this whole land. This is not encouraging enough for me to keep putting more money and resources into this venture. I had stopped updating the thread in the hope that people might ask further questions, especially this dry season, but it seems the pockets of the inhabitants of this state is dry now.

The lesson I learnt here is that land and property business is not as hot as it is in Enugu/Anambra axis (maybe I am wrong sha)

I am planning to refund the funds of all that sent me money for this planned estate in Owerri and move for another new estate in Enugu or Anambra State later this year.

However, note that it is not just the people from Owerri/Imo state that would purchase lands here. Potential investors are from every southeast states, and even beyond.
The truth is that, spending powers seem to have nosedived since the past one year or so. A bad economy affects the general populace.
That doesn't stop us from forging ahead and conquering new frontiers, though. Let's keep pushing. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.

YOU ARE THE CAUSE OF THE LITTLE PROGRESS MADE IN THIS YOUR PROPOSED ESTATE BY REFUSING TO REGISTER THE LAND IN THE IMO STATE SURVEY OFFICE AND VERY LIMITED PUBLICITY UNLIKE YOUR ENUGU ESTATE. Who would want to risk his / her hard earned money to buy an unregistered land that government may takeover or maybe in dispute ? How many Imo State indigents or residence come to property section so see your estate thread which you have long stopped updating due to reasons best know to you ? You advertised your registered Enugu estate regularly in the Enugu thread but have refused to do same in the Imo State thread despite my earlier advise to you. I even called you on phone to ask if you are still intrested in this estate but you said you had building projects you are handling and will give necessary attention to this estate when through. Nothing has been heard of you since then. OBVIOUSLY YOU WERE NEVER TRUELY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS ESTATE HENCE THE SHOW OF APATHY. LET ME PUT IT TO YOU THAT MOST IF NOT ALL OF THOSE WHO RESERVED PLOTS IN THIS ESTATE HAVE THE CAPACITY TO PAY AND PLANNED TO PAY IF ONLY YOU HAD SHOWED THE SERIOUSNESS YOU DISPLAYED IN THE UGWOMU ESTATE, ENUGU STATE AS IMO STATE HAVE MORE CASH IN CIRCULATION THAN ENUGU. THIS ESTATE WOULD HAVE BEEN LONG SOLD OUT IF ONLY YOU HAD SERIOUSLY ADVERTISED IT ON THE IMO STATE THREAD AND REGISTERED IT WITH IMO STATE GOVERNMENT. Hope u re nt dealing with one man called PASTOR abi REVEREND bcus they re bad market on land matters in owerri. Wen u re buying d land, no one will say anything but once u re through nd want to move into d land u then notice oda family members coming to say d land is under contention. Be wise

I nave been working with my surveyor to complete the map of this area, this land is about 5.7 hectares big. I will be working out the details for cost and other conditions, reserve your money because this place will be great in the coming few months.

l have followed this trend since 2015 before going for service.only 3 plots sold.I reserve my comments.
