as the subject says. the phone work fine except at time it just responds by itself without touching. some times it close what I am doing and then open something else. is this a virus? |

No..it's not a virus
I believe your "touch pad" is faulty.
Go to a phone repairer to get a new one fixed on your phone

i once had a phone which always does that, the calibration pad might be too tight, or u didn't fix ur screen guard correctly(if u used it).. |

Please I need help : my tecno Phantom Z mini behaves funny. I can't get credit balance and the phone freezes often, even when making calls. The screen goes blank often and even when pressed, it refuses to open. SMS comes from Etisalat but will display as haven come from Airtel, the second SIM on the phone. My Google play store has stopped working. I need help people. |
