Hi Mascot, their a 2 options to create a blog. 1) using free blogging platform like Webbly,blogger,tumbler etc 2) using a self hosted blogging software like WordPress. both has their advantage and disadvantage, but option 1 is much preferable because the blog is under your control but you will need to get a hosting account and a domain name to setup a self hosted blog.
