Congrats firsttymum! so the labour make you melow for the past days? your LO will increase the blessings and joy in your family.

Ramzylipi i had the same problem(headache) during my 1st trimester. At times it last for one week, 4 days, 3 days and i was not given any medication all i did was rest my head, sleep in a dark room with soaked towel on my forehead. At a time my husband became very scared.

Ifyjip pls pls and pls you dont have anything to do with zaynie when it comes to money. Team April maintains a very clear and separate financial record. not withstanding do you have the money with you there? if yes, oya take the form and fill in capital letter starting with your surname. make sure edd is included. less i forget what kind of gift will you want to be given on the day of delivery(very important)? You now know how the money is been paid enjoy your stay.

She came and before I knew what was happening she was done. There after no more pain. It was a jolly good ride. Lol.

Epidural for me was the best thing after sliced bread... Took it at 4cm and was gisting, pinging and sleeping all the way

Thank God for safe delivery and showing himself strong

Hello ma, pls tell us how to make it. Thanks

First break the coconut, wash with clean water, scrape off the brownish skin, grate or blend, then add enough water to squeez the milk off the chaff completely. Seive to remove chaff then pour it in a rubber bucket and keep it till the next day. This will allow for separation and create a suspension of the milk.
The Cooking Process: Scoop the milk on top of the solution into your saucepan, place it on the gas cooker, allow to boil, stir after few minutes until the milk dries and the oil is extracted/produced. Allow it to cool then pour the oil into an air tight container. Your Coconut Oil Is Ready..... Hmmn! Smells nice grin
