Youths, shun vices. Embrace virtues.

I think it is real to blame society for all these able derailed young men. Nigerians who could have been better people if there were opportunities within our society for them to get an education or a job.
There is a huge number of young males who will go this same way in the near future if a deep reorientation of our youth and society is not put in place.
All the corrupt practices our youths hear about daily, and also seeing theirs, who are making a living through thuggery, militancy and other organised crime only encourages the idle mind to feel that is all they can get. These young men could have contributed to the immediate community they leave in, if only their energy was better guided.
For the males, it's crime like these that gives them that sense of survival amongst their peers in the midst of nothing. They cannot sell their bodies like their female counterparts who are out there on the streets robbing their own selves of their future.

I don't understand............

These people always have the same stories: ''I am not a thief, I am a mechanic, I don't have house so I sleep on the street, this is my first operation, I am not a thief".

Barawo ne.
I don't trust the Nigerian police either with good reason... arresting and parading innocent people is something they are notoriously known to do so for me I would more readily accept the testimony of the suspects until proven otherwise as I have once been a victim of the police's perversion and miscarriage of justice though I was fortunate enough to have money to bail myself but the money still dey pain me though it was a decade ago because my crime was watching a football match at a viewing center by 1pm in the afternoon while the police claimed the viewing center was a criminal hideout

Most of this pple are not cultist some of them are carriers/conductors/okada riders who are trying to make a living and have no place to sleep sometimes police just raid pple on the road or at where they sleep(houses at the back of railway line in oshodi where some of them pay #50 a nite to sleep) and say they are touts/ cultists/robbers.

Capital punishment should be applied for cultist and rapist... I wonder wat our lawmakers are doing.

The part where it says some where arrested for "fighting police" is the most common crime by our wicked policemen...

My employee was kept at badagry prison for 3weeks (before he was lucky to be released unlike many other people there).. What was his crime? On his way from one of our site work, he was unlucky to be stopped at surulere (under that flyover in front of national stadium) during one of those raids of the RRS men.. Couldn't pay for the "immediate bail" of #2k as always demanded by our men in black when they do this wicked raids...

Bundled to police station... Next he was tried at alausa the next day for "fighting" policemen... That's how he spent 3weeks at badagry!

So sometimes, cases like this are very very common and we go dey believe say everyone wey police display na thief... You gotta be in the street to understand what's up..

(Not in any way referring to that armed robber up there but about those one arraigned up there!)

Develop Your Content... It's very important that you constantly and consistently develop yourself, your abilities, capabilities and your content because in today's world, that's what matters. People will relate to you based on the things you have to offer. You don't buy a bottle of coke because of the bottle, you buy it because of the drink - the soda - the content.
