Today in Abuja, President Muhammadu Buhari sworn in the ministers of the federal republic of Nigeria recently cleared by the senate naming himself as the new minister of petroleum.
All the lawyers and law students in the house should pls help explain what the 1999 constitution of the FRN as amended says in section 138 which provide thus: The president shall NOT during his tenure in office, hold OTHER EXECUTIVE OFFICE of WHATSOEVER, emphasis supplied. Section 138 stands alone, no sub sections no proviso.
What have u to say about this?
I don't mean to criticise the decision of the president, just for the good of Nigeria and Nigerians.

Buhari is not the minister of petroleum. Buhari was not approve as a minister by the senate so why are you calling Buhari a minister huh

But he appointed self in far away West during one of Hus tourism and sightseeing there.

only the senate can confirm a person as a minister so stop calling Buhari a minister. He is the president and his in charge of all ministry including ministry of petroleum.
