i went to unilag medical centre.. The instructions were pasted on how to go about it.. Anyway,those instructions have always been there.. The 1st instruction is to log into ur student account and click on the medical link to fill and print ur medical bio-data.. Now,that's the problem.. Because when click on the medical link,it starts telling u to pay undergraduate fee.. That's a prove that the medical reg is not even ready for u guyz.. Students of unilag can also testify that their medical reg was done much later after their resumption.. In fact it can be done ANYTIME(no be me talk am o,dats wat they said), but it MUST be done before leaving the school(graduation)... Pls ladies and gentlemen on this thread if there's any contrary opinion,quote and tell me..

those on DE N supp list were directed to a woman in d screenin hall n she gave us a medical form to fill n we also stapled our passport on d form

Was screened today.It was very easy and stress
free due to the guidance and direction given by
davbravo.Thanks for the instructions. Was the
first to be screened in my department today and
finished 10:10 am today. we started to 10 .
Note:if u haven't done urs just follow the
instructions davbravo gave because it's the same
with the screening officals

Please ooo I'm have filled the biodata form and it didn't ask my to upload those documents I only filled my information : name,schools attended etc and when I went to registration its telling me account suspended and pls when is philosophy screening date

Tycoon2.U wud pay #7,500 for faculty of engineering fee,#2000 for Unilag engineering society(ULES).U wud also be charged for departmental fee.Chem engnrng department charges #3,500.I wud advise u to hold up to 15k coz i dunno ur dept.D two documents left wit u wud be submited to d faculty n department respectively.U can go 4 d reg b4 final enrolment coz it wud be stressful afta final enrolment.

hmmm!!! Dude i don't know o.. Cuz i used wema bank..was it the UBA school branch,i mean the one in the school? Pls,if YES,take my advice:just go straight to the bank,lay ur complaint and,most importantly,don't leave their until it is resolved.. Afterwards,go to CITS and meet the appropriate person and complain SERIOUSLY..

it's for final enrollment.. However,pls,note: the student information form is meant to be printed after payment of school fees.. Because if u print it now,your payment status will be:'OUTSTANDING'. But if u print it after payment,your payment status will be updated,cuz it won't show oustanding but instead it will show the amount of ur school fees,which means ur payment as been acknowleged..

The SIF form will be printed b4 ur final enrolment day,instruction on how to go about that will be made known to u when it's time.The form might not be available online cos they do get issues with the form but I guess they will adjust this year.

Faculty reg. should be within the faculty time range.I.e,the faculty which u belong will fix time and date for reg. Some might be b4 final enrolment and some might be after final enrolment.

Yes!! But it can still be printed again,again and again.. If u printed it as the 3rd page,no probs but after paying ur fees u need to print it again.. By then,the amount u paid would've be added on the form.. Got it?

Pls in my student information form my exam year is showing 2015 instead of 2014 is there anyway I can correct did or should I just take my waec result along in d final enrolment day

lolz.. Last time i checked,faculty of science registration is scheduled to hold on 17th of this month.. As for data capture and medicals,u need to exercise patience cuz even we on merit list haven't done ours.. Information on data capture and medicals will passed when it's time.. The most important things are: screening,payment of school fees,dept/faculty registration,and final enrollment..
