Are you listening to him. The Nigerian miliitary barracks are full of Widows rather than soldiers, BH had decimated them.
To make matters worst, the FG is running short on funds to keep financing the military campaign against Boko, their military budget is down as Crude oil return fades and they are finding it difficult paying the surviving soldiers, and so are not eager for massive recruits to replace their dead and decapitated soldiers.
The morale of their soldiers are down.

The one Nigeria shouting Arewa-Oduanistanis are expecting the long suffering NA whose members had been worn down by BH to still fight another Biafran war for them, while they sit on their fat lazy buttocks and Blood thirsty demonic, Biafra hating pathetic selves at home and watch proceedings on foreign news channels from the comfort of their homes.

It never occurred to them that most of them would have to enrol into the Army without pay for years, be killed or kill to preserve their zoo.

I doubt if anyone of them love Nigeria enough to want to die for her. The resolve of Biafrans for freedom can never be matched by their ( Arewa-Oduanistanis) love for Nigeria.
