But, I'm surprised people in Port Harcourt are looking for fuel as well, when people can easily buy in Kaduna. Can't believe fuel scarcity also happen in Port Harcourt!.

Now, I realize why Niger Deltans agitate for better welfare. I would've probably been a militant if I was born there.
