My hand wasn't stable, hence the blur. From the image, I believe the assignment is:
The velocity of a particle describing Shm is 0.16m/s at a distance 0.08m from the centre of the motion and 0.08m/s at 0.21m from the centre.
Calculate
..The amplitude of the motion
..The angular speed
..The period
.. The maximum acceleration. .
