Guy you have been exposed. No one would make the mistake of saying "I'm from Jaja's compound" when it there's no compound named Jaja's compound. That was a cheap answer you groped out for because you thought it had to be that there's a compound called Jaja's compound
#DIPLOMATICSELFAMPUTATION
What you folks don't know is that the dude Jetjacky was right in a little way. I wanted him to be specific, but he coulnt due to some setbacks. King Jaja is not a war canoe name, but Jaja as a name is. Jajas family has 3 war canoe house, the largest in Opobo.

How many times has it been drilled into you that the whole of Opobo is the personal estate and property of the Jaja family,as ruled by the Supreme Court of Nigeria?.

Thank you for showing us that the elders of Biafra land enjoy no respect in Biafra. Little to no respect from younger to older (even elders) in Igbo society.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of Elders of Rivers State, whose respect remains intact especially in traditional matters as they declare the position of their people on traditional issues like this.
See this kindagarten trying to sound informed. Real elders do not react the way those men reacted. Abandoned Property Claimers Elders Association. Leave igweocha and oyigbo ALONE! Your so called "river elders" will not steal this one.

lol sorry to sink your ship, I don't need to delve into my family history to satisfy your doubts...

But let me satiate it a little. I'm from Jaja's compound... And so you know in case you are naive not all opobos knows of their Kingdom heritage, mostly those who did not grow up in their home.

So no one gave you the right to call a true son of the land an imposter, if you followed it up and came to that decision then your mind had only grasped a one sided story of my land.

.and here ends the chapter, I'm no cry baby who who would loud it to the world so they believe him. Besides I don't gain anything from you if you believe me or not, so there.

You still ma bro sha wink
You atr a LIAR my guy. Yoou can't even answer ANY of the question. I'm sorry but I know impostors when I see any from afar... Your not "growing up in Opoboland is invalid excuse". Heck, you even live in Aba.
Who was Opobo named after? How did Opobo Kingdom even come about? Which family/compound are you from? Do you know who Opubo is? Trust me, no Opobo son will reason like this. I will advice you not to carry on with this impostoric claim before you get embarrased my gee.

BTW: Type Opobo and cite its history from ANY source... You should quit this dude. You still be my guy sha

I toldd you that he has no clue on what canoe house is. He's an Igbo boy. He doesn't even know that everybody from Opobo(and all Ijawland are from a canoe house). I even saw Jaja compound hahaha

The mistake you meddlesome bastards usually make is that you equate Biafra to secession and nothing more! Biafra represents freedom of choice...freedom for a people to determine their own destiny....freedom from being shackled in the same country with conniving, evil scum like you!

So just shut up!
Did you listen to Anku Briggs this morning on 95.1? I suppose she was your representative at the National conference.
Do yourself a favour, prepare to relocate to the South East if you so love Biafra.

[size=13pt]I am trying to explain to you why you do not understand the traditional structure and place of chiefs and elders in Rivers State, trying to show you that it is because you did not even have chiefs in your own culture. So that kind of people organisation is beyond the reach of your mind. You do not have any respect for traditional chiefs/elders because even the chiefs you have, it was the white man who came and installed them for you.

As for Oyibo, on the outskirts of Port Harcourt, I personally think it should be classified as Igbo but I refrain from talking about that most times because the people there denounce Igbos and I know that is not my problem.

Finally, everyone knows Port Harcourt was built by the British and that is spans across several ethnic groups, the Ikweres, Okrikas, and Ogonis mainly.

When the British brought in labourers from Ohafia to work on the railroad they were building in Port Harcourt, Ohafians began referring to the place where the British were taking their sons to work as Ụ́gwụ́ Ọ́chá meaning Hill of the white man. How does that make Ikwere land, Okrika and Ogini yours? Did your fathers live and die there?
If they did, where are their burial sites?

Now you brazenly try to steal in daylight, and everybody is seeing you and you have no shame about it. As other people (Tivi, Boko, Efik, Igala and all the other Nigerian tribes) read this thread on Nairaland don't you think their impression of you as thieves is getting more and more concretized in their minds?

All this boils down to the non-nation that Igbos were in the past. Only clans and villages. No chiefs, just fragmented communities bringing the social structure deficiencies of the past to smear on your modern day image

You are a NON ENTITY. who are NDI ICHIEs in IGBO land? Look eh, just don't embarrass yourself the more with your fake story.

Seasoned historians know the story of igweocha even before the advent of the white man, you cannot change history. My community in UMUAHIA is sometimes called AlaOCHA, and it has nothing to do with white men. AniOCHA in delta state has nothing to do with the white men, it means a cleansed or purified land, SIMPLE! igweocha/igwuocha HAS NO CONNOTATION to white men whatsoever. Its simply referred to as a cleansed or purified place or people...SIMPLE! keep your fake story elsewhere, it won't sell here dude.

McCall, John Christensen (2000).

I have read your source and guess what ugwu ocha was ugwu ocha before colonialism came into the place. According to oral history, it was NOT named because of the white men, that's just mere input of a school of thought, not real oral history. Igwuocha was more of a "pure" place than a white man's domain. The white man thing was a LATER INPUT.

BRANDING MYSELF? you quoted a book like it was some FINAL AUTHORITY and expect me to swallow it? What was igwuocha's name before the white mans advent? Honestly answer this question. YOU ARE QUOTING FROM ONE SOURCE and conclude that that is all about ugwuocha...how scholastic indeed!

It was NOT named ugwuocha because of white men, that is distorted history, which has since been corrected. It was ugwuocha because of the coastal purity of the area. It used to be a diobu area rich in agriculture and intersected by cliffs. Its richness and purity brought about the name igweocha, NOT BECAUSE OF WHITE MEN, that narrative has since been debunked.

STOP PEDDLING OBSOLETE STORIES.
