Someone just told me he saw a question having to do with a reservoir engineer stuff, is this same for commercials also?

It's same question for everyone. It doesn't actually have anything to do with d technical stuff. The scenario is just painted to test how u would make a decision

Jeezz! I didn't complete my competency test cuz power went off at the cyber cafe where I was taking the test, and succeded in logging again, I tried as fast as I could but was timed out at the 15th question.

What are my chances? Pls I need urgent ans o
