If I should be a bad advocate for Walcott I would say he is still learning the striker role. Obviously there is a vast improvement compared to last season. He isn't scoring, but his pace will always be a threat to opposition. It is therefore left for other team mates to take advantage of.

I'm sorry but you just can't tell me that a team with the global appeal and patronage that arsenal enjoys cannot do better than Giroud. I'd prefer to dole my hard earned thousands for a Neymar Jersey right now before I consider a Giroud or Welbeck one. Do the guys factor these things into their business plan? We have to remember Arsenal is also a business apart from a football club. If we continue like this we will find ourselves in the same hole Liverpool's in a few years. I'm a gooner too, but I don't really know if kicking Wenger out is the magic move. I for one feel like he can be forced into making those big signings by the board, but something has to trigger it. There's really no need firing Wenger, he's like 70 years old now and still smokes, I mean how much time does he have left ?

Please don't get me wrong, I believe you totally. I love Neymar too when I said 'not available' I meant that like as now the window is not open so we can't get him. But right now we have Giroud, so do we ignore him and sit to wish for Neymar? Besides, even if we have £200million to spend, can that make Neymar to leave Barca for Arsenal? Answer is NO! The earlier we start loving Giroud the better for our health- personal health to avoid HBP.

Now I want you to think real hard with the numbers 66 and 70 being the items you especially focus on.
