Costs $223(Approximately #45, 000) on Amazon.

Used to have.
Gave it out as a birthday gift.
If you have an Android device you can run the calculator's ROM on an emulator: Graph89.

Karmanaut:
Show that 2x+3y and 9x+5y are divisible by 17 for the sake set of x and y.
if 9x + 5y is divisible by 17 then
4(9x + 5y) is divisible by 17 (note below why multiply by 4)
or 36x + 20 y is divisible by 17
or 36x-34 x + 20y - 17 y or 2x + 3y is divisible by 17

multiplication by 4 was not magic

as 2 = 9m mod 17 gives m = 4

to find it

let us find inverse 0f 9 mod 17

we have 17 = 9 + 8
8 = 17-9
now 9= 8+1 = (17-9) + 1 or
2 * 9 = 17 + 1 so 2 is inverse of 9
so m = 4 as multiplying by 2 gives 1 so multiply by 4 to give 2 grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Re: Nairaland Mathematics Clinic by ladokuntlad(m): 8:50pm On Nov 15, 2015
Karmanaut:
On Number Theory:
Find the last two digits of 32014

.
first,
31=3 (mod 10)
32=9 (mod 10)
33=7 (mod 10)
34=1 (mod 10)
35=3 (mod 10)
36=9 (mod 10)
its kips repeating itself

Now let us use a multiple dat will b simply giv us 1any number
i.e multiple of last digit one falls under 4.
2014mod20=14
320(100)x314
(1)100x(69)
1x69
=69
thus 69 is the last two digits

U jst square it dats all
And mind u breaking down 2x2-3x+1 give (2x-1)(x-1)
And square it
Why don't you plug it into the formula and get me the result?

I don't know how you got the second to the last digit but the last digit is correct. What about questions like find the last three digits of 2100008

there are only two heptagons meeting the conditions, sum of their respective angles are;
144+171=315 and
153+162=315

Well dat means the Australians dat gave the solutions are not correct abi?
Bros d question says *the sum of the two largest angles*
Since 171 and 162 are the two largest angles, dat makes it 333
