very wrong, the serpent targeted his absence to launch the attack knowing fully well that his presence would jeopardize the assignment.

The serpent was afraid of Adam but saw Eve very weak.
The lesson we learn here is that, as much as possible husbands should avoid separation from their wives for a long period of time due to work demands and so on inorder to avoid satanic influence
