I flashed my sisters infinix hot note with the new lollipop update 20151106. For more than an hour the phone is stock at the white XUI screen

Check d link.... U need a recovery.img of ur fone.... So u need to flash it with Mobile uncle...For u to b in clockworldmode. ... Then u can now port d custom Rom.

Is it true that infinix released 5.1 update on infinix x551? Is it advisable to port to it or just remain at kk,am only curious to know because if my phone bricks I don't have any carlcare to run to and 2 no phone engineers here as well

okay, I just had this same issue and I solved it myself. you'll only need patience. plug your phone for about 20 minutes and remove it. keep it in a safe place and you'll notice the phone will get warmed up. that only means it's discharging. when it's done discharging, you'll notice it won't be warm anymore. plug your phone again and it should show the charging sign and be at 0%. wait till it reaches 1% and power it on. that's all
