So, from what l understand, you will collect the whole 100% payment before even handing over the Keys to your buyers?


Like you are using their money to build for them.... and charging them more for it!


Finish building the estate, do your gutters, install electric Power and Water, tar your roads, gate the estate and then and only then should you expect anyone in their right mind to pay you 100% before collecting his KEYS.

Enough of taking Nigerians for fools.

It is already 5 years from your post and I can conclude that you are not only right about this company but that they are probably fraudulent. So many of the individuals they collected millions of Naira from have not been given the property and many have gone to court. Here are just examples.

1. Mr Ezeokafor John Okechukwu V Multi-purpose Infrastructural Development Company Vs Midc Limited And Anr (Plot 08, Block G, Teju Foam Royal Gardens, Lagos-Badagry Expway, Ketu, Ijanikin, Ojo, Lagos).

2. Mr Joseph Nwokolo Chikodi V Multi-purpose Infrastructural Development Company Midc Limited And Anr (Plot 31-33, Block 7, Teju Foam Royal Gardens, Ketu Town, Ijanikin, Ojo, Lagos).

3. Mr Obinna Chigbo V Multi-purpose Infrastructural Development Company Midc Limited And Anr (Block 2, Plot 41B, Teju Foam Royal Gardens, Ketu Town, Lagos-Badagry Expway, Ijanikin, Ojo, Lagos).

Platinum Mortgage Bank owners of Teju Royal estate are building very low quality houses that are valid for 2 years while you continue to pay for mortgage on the property for more than 10 years .

The apartments they built in Isheri were without burglary proof and electrical fittings, buyers will spend over 400k to get the house to standard before moving in.

2 years down the line the property is crumbling, water sipping through poorly constructed chambers, water tanks falling and puling parts of the building ... That we have spent so much much to maintain such a new building puts a question mark on the integrity of the building .


The worst part is that staff of PMB are telling us to go and report to anyone and nothing will happen.

Please do your due diligence properly whenever their marketers come to you with promises of heaven and earth, go and verify , I have attached pictures for confirmation.
