Please i humbly seek a legal advice from this great forum.
Somewhere in the streets of Lagos, eti osa east precisely, Badore.......the landlord association of a particular estate have embarked on a mission of no payments of security dues, development fees and road construction fees to exit or entry of occupants of the estate.
they mount road blocks and stops everyone who doesnt have their receipt from carrying out their daily activities....
and the whole fee we are talking about is over 700,000 naira.

please isnt this unlawful and what can the common residents of this estate do.....to avoid disorder, maintain peace and also have their rights not abused......
Thanks

Quite huge.... They are fighting a good course the wrong way. OP should locate the nearest police station and humbly report the miscreants. Corporate extortion should be discouraged.
