Even though i sympathize with his family and friends, i have observed that a lot of students engage in some very risky behaviors , you try to connect a live wire to your home, walk about in a bush path at night without a torchlight only to get bitten by a snake, quite a number cross a busy road with their ears blocked with earpiece and eyes glued to the smartphone and get injured by a rushing bike or worse still by a car, eating a left over food of 2 days and coming down with a bad case of food poisoning, etc...dead men don't earn certificates ooo. RIP Bro.

OP get your info correctly,there was a partial contact between the wire and the distribution cable. No one will spread clothes on a naked life wire either wet or dry,I know this dude too
