It should be recalled that in the early hours of Monday morning, Boko Haram terrorists attempted to attack troops location using 3 VBIED at Mada which was successfully repelled.

During the attack which was meant to thwart the troops advancement, 26 terrorists were killed while 3 soldiers sustained injury.

In addition, the troops recovered 1 VBIED loaded with IED material, 2 AK-47, 111 rounds of 7.62mm (NATO) and 2 RPG bombs. Similarly, troops of 21 Brigade on fighting patrol at Firgi killed 3 Boko Haram terrorists, rescued 3 women and recovered a vehicle and other items while the rest fled into Sambisa forest.

They shouldn't just keep repelling. Go into their enclaves and smoke the modafuckers out! At this rate,this war is not even close to coming to an end. They need to turn on the heat on these insurgents. Endless sorties and bombing runs 24/7. If it takes emptying the treasury to equip the army with state of the art fire power Buhari should do it. What's the point of stashing money away when at the end of the day there'll be nobody to utilise it? This might sound pedestrian but that's me just thinking aloud.
