all4naija: Maybe he is and maybe not. One thing is for sure; he does not understand what terrorism is and how to fight it. Even if given till 2020 Nigeria won't defeat BH because they think they can defeat them with brute force. Terrorism has been in existence since the time of Jesus Christ. It wasn't called terrorism because the word is a modern term. When the duke Ferdinand of Austria was assassinated, which started WW1, they never called the assailant a terrorist, but by modern day definitions, he was. You can't defeat terrorism by brute force. You can only contain it while you solve the symptoms. As long as there are people with an ideology and are willing to die for it, then it will always exist.
