If i was part of APC legal crew, first thing tomorrow morning , InEC dragged to court to get an injunction to stop the rerun, afterwhich they will asked to give analysis of PVCs collected in areas of cancelled election, i am close to certain it is less than the over 41,000 margin of lead.

But can INEC declare a dead person winner?

Rather than going to court, you can do it through proxy. But no need for that considering that the election is technically over...
