The late governor of kogi state prince Audu died on the 22nd of november 2015 and will be buried on the 23rd of november 2015 just a day difference. What if he is just on trance. I think people are just buried alive. I know of a case of someone who died and woke up after 4 days when he was about to be buried. I don't think this rite is worth it. What is your opinion? |

It not the next day but the same day. The only condition for burying the person the next day is if he died late in the day and no time to make preparation that day again. 1 Like |

Historically, among the native Bedouin tribe of the Arabs, before the advent of Islam, because they tend to move around a lot due to looking for vegetation & oasis for themselves & their livestocks bury their dead immediately. They can't afford to be carrying dead bodies around because they don't have natural abodes. This burial rites waa copied by the moslems, hence reason why the dead are buried almost immediately or next day. 5 Likes 2 Shares |
