house please help, i "somehow" set a privacy protection pin for my infinix hot note pro, i just tried to swap out a simcard now its asking me for the pincode, which i cant remember.....pls is there a way to reset or remove the password without losing my data???

pls anybody else with charger wahala?
my hot note charger is giving me serious problems... before when I charge, it takes me less than 2 hrs to charge from 0% to 100%... but for the past week I have been struggling to get it past 1% in every hour or more. it sometimes even discharges the battery while still charging... I mean it might be around 26% when I plug the charger, by the time I come back to check I will see 23%...
pls what do I do?

The infinix charger takes over 2hrs to move from 5%-10 and it discharges too but the playbook charger is at its normal rate as the phone's fast charge has spoilt
