I was coming back from work yesterday morning and saw the shocker of the day. This is a pedestrian bridge at Barracks, towards Ojuelegba, where people turned in a refuse dump and a defecating spot even though there is an actual dump some 3 metres away. I felt really bad. We definitely cant blame the government for this, we are the ones doing ourselves. 1 Like

No Real enforced Law on that. If anyone caught in the act was arrested and fined, just 50k,,, no body go dare do that after catching like 5 scapegoats |
