A friend of mine, who's also a member of this forum, came to our office some days back and persuaded me to show some of my designs here.
I actually didn't accept, but he showed me some 3Ds that have been showcased here by different designers. Please this in anyway does not translate to advert, it's a simply a way of exhibiting these 3Ds, especially to other Architects here.

The drawings am going to upload here are some of the some of works which have defined my 2015 in this profession.
though I did them on behalf of the company I work for, the intellectual copyright, conceptualization and realization are all in my capacity.

please feel free to drop ur comments, questions and corrections



1. 3 blocks of detached duplex

these projects were for a popular movie producer (Wont mention his name ). The three buildings are identical from exterior. But their floor plans are different.
The project was executed at Obibi-Ezena, in Imo state. 2 of the buildings belong to brothers who live in south Africa.

This is the hallmark of my 2015 so far.

108 apartments, a 35-room hotel, large swimming pool, basket ball court, shopping complex and wonderful landscape.

the day my boss brought this design brief to my desk, i was a bit scared.
But then, i did crazier projects as a student in school.

well i believe there are softwares similar to this that builds 3d games character. well... i have an idea of developing a video game with well meaning nigerians and i'm realling sourcing for interested minds.

I once lost a Hotel building contract owing to the ineptitude of the Architect I used, the client wanted a world class standard but the Architect produced something ordinary. started the design with my drawing board , transfered it to Autocad, then did the model with Revit and rendered in Lumion.

have u tried Archicad rendered in artlantis?

I'm currently a 200lvl student in Dept of Architecture of a Nigerian University... my school don't teach those softwares well enough .. I've already learned AutoCAD-still a novice at it though... I need somebody that can sort of mentor me... I really wanna make a good Architect... like you. I'm bases in Enugu/ Awka

3. Luxurious block of flats.

the construction of this building is currently on-going in Lekki now.
It's owned by our "Oga at the top"

ground and first floors are 3-bedrooms flats while pent floor if 2 bedrooms.
6 flats in all, 12 packing spaces (2 cars for each flat), swimming pool and gym.

GO to YouTube and type "lumion". you will be left in awe with what you'll see.
Revit is pretty easy to learn shaa
