its a visit visa not a tourist visa.. and fee shown at the website. ia that the final money i will pay for the visa or will i have to pay another money as the main visa fee..

Visit visa and tourist visa are the same given that you can visit as a tourist.
There is no additional fee to the one indicated on the website.
You will pay this money when submitting your visa application and that will be final.

Yeah, but your visa have to be approved first. And once your visa is approved, all you have to do is to purchase your plane ticket and travel.
