Whenever I hear this, I'll take time to ask myself the real meaning of restitution. Can somebody tell why we should return our WAEC certificate to WAEC even when their staff aided us to cheat?
I'm confused. I need a Holy spirit interpretation of this part of the Bible. An armed robber that has robbed on the highways robbing from people he doesn't even know. How can he carry out restitution.
I'm also aware that somewhere in the bible, it is recorded that upon repentance, God erases the memory of those sins we have committed. My problem is RESTITUTION. How it can be applied knowingfully "that all old things are passed away"
