Truth is, most folks who study in Nigerian private universities most likely couldn't handle the challenge of securing admission into a good federal university to study a decent course.
As things stand, it's still a very big risk to allow medical graduates from diz private universities to attend to you or your loved ones. We all know how far na. Haba

I think what they call Bus 5 now is just that regular routine of like Friday afternoon rush to reach the banks before they close and you have to compete with the other tons of students armed with exeats for the weekend. I think.

Where did you see Pastor Ntie?
I beg to differ sir. Bus 5 is "Student affairs" white bus that tours the school premises.

I can relate with the one of Hebron drink.

I was once at Convenant cafeteria and they sold what winners people popularly refer to as blood(the red juice they serve as communion) as normal soft drink to me.

I was like what kind of school is this, where's students can't even choose what they eat or drink.
ohh no.......we can choose what feel like eating or drink.....though am nt a student of CU......I rep LMU......

I've no need to prove nothing to you. If you knew me and googled my name I'm sure you'll figure.

Yes, I wrote essays from my penultimate year and they won me international awards and all expenses paid trips. I use my experience to also advise undergrads today to exploit the opportunity I found, cos it not only earned me money, I also went to oyinbo land for the first time during that period.

Yea Pastor Macaulay was like the 3rd chaplain we had then. Before him was Pastor Agada, and before...oh wait what are we even talking about?

Umm free all those their ginger talks. The most gingering of all was from Papa himself. Ya know we were the first set, so Papa really had our time and they used us to experiment to perfection of what obtains today. Papa was there for us almost every frigging day - it was choking the life outta me. I kinda miss those days sometimes though. He spoke wisdom, with inspiration too - so much so that you'd wanna get up from there and go invent a shut-up machine or something with alacrity!

Lol dem good ol'days forreal.

[quote author=Standing5 post=40559256]Came here to observe inferior people like you. Grow up ehn . . . . Pls grow up fast.[/quot

Common why so serious? Aint here to fight anyone, covenant university is a cool school but too many rules that's all. And please take note those who graduated from federal universities NEVER feel inferior, so go grab a drink and loosen up.

yeah true! papa's word has helped sharpen my life to a large extent nd yes some of those quotes that u just imagine how he put them together. none of the other pastors could keep me awake during service. I slept all through, chapel service meant siesta to me. I kept wondering how I passed TMC sef.
TTG was the most depressing period of my life of the 4yrs I spent in CU. I felt I'd never graduate. didn't make 50% of the attendance, but excelled better in the final test. just glad I made it out 4yrs with no queries.
it was a miracle!!!!

Lucky you. I spent 5yrs instead. In my fourth and final year, just like one month to graduation, they raided our rooms just before dawn, searching for contraband. They found my phone, a photo of me and my roommate wearing blings and posing, some bracelets guy men wear for fun, and a bloodied shirt I preserved because I wore it while carrying my sister's dead body on her last day. Oh God I cherished that shirt because it had a part of her on it always.

But Covenant seized all and suspended me indefinitely for "possession of cult-related materials". Just imagine. Pastor Macaulay and then Student Affairs chief Pastor Rotimi sat on the panel that suspended me like a joke!

I spent a year at home eventually and returned to graduate in the fifth year. I actually hate that University deep in my heart.

When Oyedepo enters and exits the chapel, he gets a standing ovation as a sign of respect. Lol @ lil john, that guy can fit perfectly in your backpack. Trust me he is that little.

Yea you probably do. I came back there with anger and resentment. Sneaked outta school DAILY to go smoke lots of weed and sip some. Still kept a steady head in class sha and got out with a 2:1. And then on graduation day they had the effontry to feature me in the graduation program for an award I won elsewhere...using me to shine.

Such a politicized religious institution in the end!

Tsup.

Well I ain't no tech addict so I really neither can tell the LCDs and stuff nor does it make a difference to me in terms of budgeting.

A kinda exact replica of what's in the photo is just about all I wanna set up in my home for my business.
Just a rough estimation of likely cost would be appreciated.

Good morning.
