This procession happened just as Universities and polytechnics reopened for the new academic session. I'm from Rivers and i know that if you pay N2,000 to students in Uniport, RSUST, and other tertiary institutions around. They will be on the streets marching for you for whatever cause you want. I was a mobilizer back in school days too. Fond memories.
