Its in a low key semi town where

1. There are accessible roads to all towns
2. Cost of living is relatively low
3. There's network coverage
4. There's water and power supply
5. There are no security issues.

And for that boi Elmisti,he deserved to be given award on Weed Personal CDS by Nafdac and am sure that NDLEA will give him a special hostel at Zone 2 with a well equipped and guarded SSS...Am sure he will never be the same again
