It isn't news anymore in Nigeria that the secret police has disobeyed several court injunction on certain issue. Please can our learned colleagues (Lawyers) or anyone one versatile in the study of law answer if the DSS is above court injunction? |

Even a LGA Chairman is above the law.... He cannot be prosecuted or sumouned to court for anything because he has immunity.... Talkless of DSS... In Nigeria, once you head an office, you are automatically above the laws of the organisation |

Guy...even in US..it is similar...secret service agencies have their way of doing things legally and illegally...ours is better...if you know wetin SSS ,M15 ,MOSSAD and KGB dey do...you will know naija DSS dey learn...God help us 2 Likes |

When it comes to national security matters even in advance democracy human right is not sacrosanct many times we hear about American killing(bombing) it owns citizens |

obakore20:like i said in my post both legal and illegal...it happens virtually everywhere...its appalling and sad...but that's how it is...they will tell you its for national security...Nigeria case is small sef,its just that they did not handle it well,other countries will do it illegally legal |
