How about lekki environment. Around chevron. I have a few there. 750k, 850k, and 1.1m

I actually prefer Gbagada based on its proximity to my office in ikeja. Also for the fact that it's against traffic

Pardon me sir, but egbeda is more of a neighbourhood to ikeja than gbagada is and u get good accomodation at fairer prices. Some times our bias could depend on our level of insight. I have 3 nice apartment not too far from the airport
