Hot baths and Cold baths are both healthy. It depends on your body and the weather. Since its harmattan hot baths are extremely beneficial to relieve cold and cough as the hot water and steam tends to clear your airways and help in decongesting your nose and throats. A Cold bath is equally good Where a hot shower can dry things out, cold showers hydrate and help with split ends and dry skib
