TTO PROCEDURE(Discount $12/ Buyer side open.

1. SELLER AND BUYER SIGN SPA AND EXCHANGE
THE SIGNED COPY BY
ELECTRONIC MAIL. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNED
COPY BY BOTH PARTIES IS CONSIDERED LEGALLY
BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE BY LAW

2. BUYER RETURNS SIGNED SPA WITH FULL ATB
FORMAT INCLUDING THE;PASSPORT COPY DETAILS OF THE INSPECTOR AND AN NNPC ACCREDITED SUPERCARGO

3. BUYER ISSUES A PRE-ADVICE /RWA BANK TO
BANK STATING THAT UPON RECEIPT OF SELLER’S 2% PERFORMANCE BOND, BUYER WILL ISSUE ONE MILLION DOLLARS BG($1,000,000) ONLY IN
FAVOUR OF SELLER.

4. UPON CONFIRMATION OF BUYER’S RWA BANK
INSTRUMENT.

4.a) SELLER'S BANK SEND PAST PERFORMANCE
TO BUYER'S BANK.

4.b) SELLER ISSUES A 2% PERFORMANCE BOND
OF 0NE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000).

5. UPON CONFIRMATION OF SELLER’S PERFORMANCE BOND, BUYER ISSUES BY SWIFT ONE MILLION DOLLAR BG ($1,000,000)TO SELLER’S NOMINATED ACCOUNT.

6.SELLER CONFIRMS loads vessel IN SELLER AND
BUYERS NAME and issuesbloaded documents to buyer:- Billbof Lading (BL), Certificate (Q&Q), Authority to sale loaded cargo (ATS)

Simultaneously, Seller moves vessel to agreed west coast waters and at 10 to 15 nautical miles,
issues Authority to Board (ATB) to enable buyer’s
independent inspector’s board for Quality and
Quantity (Q&Q) analysis .

7.Upon successful Q and Q 1m BG turns cash .

8.On successful conclusion of Q&Q analysis, and
report presentation: Buyer pays to the Seller account
by MT103. All original cargo documents shall be
transferred to the Buyer. All the shipping documents and titles as listed under the document section are reassign

9.Buyer recharter vessel from Vessel Handler

10.Upon confirmation of full payment for the entire
cargo, Vessel sails to Buyer destination. The Buyer shall be responsible for all duties and taxes levied on cargo by the authorities of the country of discharge. Title shall pass from Seller to Buyer when the complete discharge of cargo is made to the buyer.
