Hello guys.

I noticed the speaker of my infinix hot note is no more working. The phone doesnt ring out when I receive calls and also no sound when I play video or audio except I use ear piece. I checked audio profile settings the volume is at max.

I ordered it from jumia and was delivered to me on 19th of May, 2015. What are the things I need to do to correct this. Thanks as you help

I took it to carlcare centre on awololo road, Ikeja and they fixed it. So walk into any carlcare centre to fix yours.

I have a problem with my Hot Note Pro.
When I try using secured Wi-Fi networks I'm able to connect but I can't login.
I'm always able to login to the same networks with the same passwords using my other devices.
Has anyone else experienced this? And how did you solve it?

Please oh why do messages refuse to delete after deleting them,if I tap the delete option it will delete the message but after a while the message come up again and I can't scroll up and down smoothly when am in the message system application....please guys I need replies

My infinix hotnote started misbehaving lastnite. The google play app won't close, no matter what. I can't access menu options. Anytime I try pressing options tab, the google play will come up. Can't use the fone. Helpppppp
