aahh EFCC again.

I can assure you guys that EFCC didn't uncover nothing. I am telling you honestly.

if they did uncover anything, let them charge the person to court and prosecute the offender. they should stop all this media trial, it will not help them.

we are tired of hearing your ficticious propaganda EFCC, get the job done. it seems because APC don't have other means of propaganda because they have exhusted the means they had during 1 and 2 month they took power, now they are using EFCC to fuster the issues.

APC do your work. Economy is at its worst now. Dollars sold for N247 yesterday and am betting before the end of today, it will reach N252 or so. What is the matter with you APC government? what happened to N1 to 1 dollar? GEJ is not a saint but he is surely better than all APC put together.

Now you are trying to pass a bill so that people cannot freely say their mind on social media again. what is happening? are we going back or forward? I move that Buhari be impeached.

QED
If you are not intelligent at all you could at least shot the thing below your nose. You and other crooks are the only ones that are tired of this news. The whole Nigerians are happy that nemesis is catching up with all those people that stole the wealth of this great country. If with your myopic sense of reasoning you don't know you do more adequate gathering of evidences and information before cases are charged to court then you are more dafter than Gej. Secondly the monies stolen are the reason the economy will never stabilize. When you have monies that's supposed to be pumped into the economy is finding its way into some pockets then thatks what you should expect.

You see...

While I am in full support of the corruption investigations, we must not be deceived with the propaganda implants in the media publicity to hide the inefficiency of the current administration.

Btw:

At this rate, it will soon get to the turn of state governors and their medium of stealing state allocation in the name of SECURITY VOTES.

The arms dealers are being quizzed over the alleged inflation of N3billion contract for the supply of 20 units of K-38 patrol boats to the Nigerian Army by the disbanded Presidential Implementation Committee on Marine Safety (PICOMMS).

Similarly, the commission has quizzed a former Chairman of the Presidential Implementation Committee on Marine Safety (PICOMMS), Air Vice Marshal, Salihu Atawodi(rtd), for a N600m arms scam.

an instance, N620million was withdrawn from the contract sum, changed to dollars and shared by some officials of PICOMMS in one day. We will fish out the culprits.”

About two years ago, a businessman blew the lid open on N3billion contract for the supply of six units of K-38 patrol boats to the disbanded Presidential Implementation Committee on Maritime Security (PICOMSS).

The same PICOMSS was enmeshed in the theft of over 200m Euros.

On the alleged massive withdrawal from the CBN,sources said that although the apex bank was hamstrung, it was careful in obtaining a written directive from ex-President Goodluck Jonathan.

“One of the key things we discovered was that the CBN management was, however, careful because it made sure it got presidential approval of such requests.

It was learnt last night that the Acting Executive Chairman of the EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, had a meeting with the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami (SAN), on how to fast-track the trial of some key suspects in custody for the $2b arms scandal.

A source said: “The EFCC under Magu is doing its best to apply international best practices in managing the suspects arrested with $2b arms deals.

“T
But these suspects can go to a High Court to vacate such order. We are trying to tidy up to arraign the suspects in court for an order to keep them in prison custody. In fact, the EFCC cell is becoming overstretched.”

http://thenationonlineng.net/efcc-probes-fresh-n3bn-arms-scandal/
Please, l will like to donate my whole BUILDING to the EFCC, to manage this overcrowding in its cells because this is just the tip of the iceberg.

The Federal Govt needs to set-up "Special criminal Courts" to try these Economic Saboteurs since the normal courts are already crowded but one thing we must not allow them do is "overwhelm us and or runaway abroad".

God bless the day "sensible and patriotic Nigerians" decided to vote Buahri into Govt... after almost twelve years of trying and failing!

Dont be an Ediot!

These cases are related and you cant run to court with just one..... the trial will give an undue advantage to the latter ones since all evidence has to be tabled in court during trial.

I know you are smarter than this, you are just thinking you can find a way to create a loop-hole for the thieves.

But in-case you are really this foolish, l cant help you.

THEY NEVER THOUGHT JONAH WILL LOOSE SO THEY WERE LOOTING OUR TREASURY LEFT AND RIGHT. MY QUESTION IS WHAT WILL HAVE HAPPENED TO NIGERIA IF JONAH IS TO BE PRESIDENT FOR THE NEXT FOUR YEARS? NO WONDER U.S.A SAID(THEN) NIGERIA MIGHT BREAK WITHIN SHORT TIME BECAUSE GOING BY OUR POLITICAL HISTORY, THEY ALSO DIDN'T SEE JONATHAN LOOSING THE ELECTION AND JONATHAN VICTORY WOULD HAVE SPELL THE DOOM.

Let no man take credit for this miracle! Not even those who voted for APC.

God was just on the side of the ordinary suffering Nigerians.

The suffering was too much that even God who might have decided HE has better issues to attend to, decided it is time HE stepped-in on behalf of "patriotic Nigerians".

I said "Patriotic Nigerians" because we know those who are encouraging Jonathan and other thieves simply because they want Nigeria to break-up so they can use the ensuing CHAOS to achieve their sinister motives!

God will put all the enemies of this great country to SHAME, in Jesus name.
Jonathan is an ENEMY of the Nation. Period!

Now, you have changed your #Wailing to "Nothing recovered"! grin grin

Be calm and stop fidgeting like a cornered thief. tongue tongue

We are not in a military Govt where the president can seize properties, money and bank accounts... just by FIAT.
Courts based their Judgement on AVAILABLE EVIDENCE

If you dont take your time to "gather enough evidence" and you rush to face a court, these thieves have looted enough money to buy as many Senior advocates to represent them (Look at Saraki for example).
These Lawyers would collapse your case and the criminals will walk free.

I know that is what most of you #Wailers want and that is why you are trying to stampede PMB's Govt into doing that but that 73yrd old Mallam is smarter than all of you combined! grin grin

EFCC will take its time to compile a "Water-tight case" and nothing short of conviction will Nigerians accept.
Look at the FIFA scandal for example, American Prosecutors have been arresting people since the last six months yet, no one has been taken to court yet, because they have to investigate all the criminals, build a close case before approaching the courts for conviction.
