ramdris:PHED company will pay through their insurance company. It is called third party liability claim. Also, if the car owner has a comprehensive cover on his car, he can report the accidental damage to his own insurance company for claims. Dis pic clearly shows the state of Nigeria. Poles falling on cars. The organizations responsible for our electricity have no idea hw long these electric poles are supposed to last or if they were properly constructed. We need a total reform in every sector of the economy.
