This is a drawing of a lady whom I admire for her hard work and intelligence, Please rate my artwork constructively. Condoleezza Rice is the first black woman to serve as the United States' national security adviser, as well as the first black woman to serve as U.S. Secretary of State (2005-09).

Work on your proportion - ensure equilibrium in all parts.
Flex your fingers - your drawing is looking stiff,
& practice good line economy.
