PMB knows the problem is beyond him. He has elected to gyrate to foreign lands and have good times over there with beautiful women. You should have noticed that PMB is all smiles each time he's able to device excuses to escape abroad. Nigeria problems is so depressing.

Stop any form of foreign travels and you see PMB resign and throw in the proverbial towel.
