Ex-Kogi Speaker sacked by Appeal Court The election of a former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Abdullahi Bello, into Federal House of Assembly has been upturned by an Appeal Court sitting in Abuja. Delivering judgement in an appeal filed against Bello by Hon. Tijani Damisa, the court ruled that election be conducted in Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal constituency within 90 days. NgeneUkwenu:Sorry, na APC  The court also ordered that the man should not be allowed to participate in future rerun. I hope APC replaces him with another better candidate. APC will sure win the rerun, as the new Gov Elect, Yahaya Bello is from that area. And they are still basking in the euphoria of one of their own being the governor of the state. I just hope they conduct the rerun before Faleke collects his mandate back from that Bello guy  As the people go really vex for APC. |

NgeneUkwenu:Dont mind that noise maker and his fellow wailers on Nairaland. The election of Buruji Kashamu was upheld by the Appeal court this week. Wailers did not wail about that one. If na APC win now, na so so wailing on nairaland, on phone-in-programs on radio, newspaper stands, everywhere! Gawd! Their wailing is terrible now. I wonder if na their Babe PMB snatch. The election of the Senator representing Anambra central, Ekwunife was nullified based on the petition filed by the APGA, wailers were even still blaming Buhari for that one!
