Hey Asher, congrats on passing the test.

As for the interview, from experience, you need to go back to the job advert. Digest the job description. The interview will revolve around them trying out to figure out how well you can perform the duties spelt out in the job description. They don't want to present incompetent "employees" to their client. The interview questions will be about the job. Mine was for an IT officer and I was asked IT related questions.

If you have work experiences matching the role, good. If not, try to find a link between the job description and your work experience(s). Prove to them your previous work experience puts you in a good position to excel in this new role.

Do this and I bet you're good to go. I interviewed with them roughly two months ago and passed. Turned them down as I only needed the feel good factor of passing an interview and not the job

Well, after I got regret mails in the above listed companies after interviewing with them (with the exception of accenture, failed the test) , I got frustrated and felt sad just like you.

I told myself I'll never pass an interview. I felt I just wasn't good enough. In the midst of the disappointments and regret mails, I saw workforce job advert and applied despite knowing I won't take the job (Reason: I never wanted a contract job). I just wanted to experience how it feels like to pass an interview. Lol, it was that bad.

I went for the interview, passed it alongside three others but had to turn it down. I got the feel good factor I needed. I remember calling eipreel at Oshodi and screaming on phone I passed an interview. Lol, it felt so strange.

That feel good factor I got from passing that interview and turning them down helped me ace two of my next three interviews.

My advice: Don't give up, cheer up and keep pushing. If I can eventually pass an interview(I was that bad) and get a job, you'll definitely get yours. You only need just one success mail, others will follow.
