 This happened 2013 during my NYSC DAYS. This corp member u see with modern wear  like Kuje yam farmans, are those who delayed coming out of their Hostels.So this practice is call "buy the job" by our commandant. Do u experience this too

Very common at isselu uku camp delta state.... I was a victim, my platoon bought job. |
